For the last twenty years I have been involved in running community projects, starting by training as a community worker from 2008-2010 in Birmingham, where I ran a residents led project for seven years, then moving into communications, training and strategic thinking for the Methodist Church, where I trained as a Prince2 Project Manager. In 2021 I moved to Hereford, where I worked in operations and project management. In 2022 when the invasion of Ukraine began I volunteered to start a project working with Ukrainian refugees in Hereford, which then became funded and employed its own staff. I now work for the Diocese of Hereford and their Support for Ukraine Project.

As well as being a Prince2 Project manager, I have also trained and developed expertise around communications, developing training courses, GDPR, safeguarding and coaching. I am also a certified Mental Health First Aider.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors in almost any format, and being an active part of my church.
